I just receive my new 315-70-17's I will mount on new 17x9 5" backspacing.

Comparing the tires with my actual 305-70-17 / OEM Wheels, the new tire looks "VERY BIG". I need to know if someone is running the same set-up:

315-70-17 / 9" width and 5" backspacing wheels
mounted on a 1999 4X4 with a 3" PA Lift Kit.

I need to be sure if they fit,
do I need to adjust the torsion bars?
or just trimming a little?
or both?

You will probably have to do a little of both, but they will fit.

 

once again, he's right... you need to do alittle of both, expesically it you off road any.
