I have a 1999 F150 Sport 4X2. What is the biggest tire I can fit without a lift kit or modifications. I still have stock 15" rims and all. I would like to go with a 32X9.50R15.
You have 16's or 17's. You could squeeze a 285/75-16 (33x11.50) on there, but I'd stick with a 265/75-16 (32x10.50) unless you plan on lifting the truck.
It could be a dealer package. There were no OEM 15" rims for 1999. Wendell is right, most 15" rims do not fit over the brakes. Can you check the driver's door sticker for the factory tire size?
yes they are 16" my bad, so I will refer to the later post, I have talked the wife into leting me get a leveling kit and I think I can squeze a 2.5 in lift in with out her knowing the price difference, so I hope to go with te 33"
