Question Question for BBK/Edelbrock 75mm Throttle Body users

I just got my 75mm throttle body today. The instructions says it comes with TB screws, but it only came with a gasket. Does the 75mm BBK/Edelbrock TB use the factory bolts?

Thanks, I'll give them a call. Dealing with Carparts.com is a hassle and I don't want to wait 6 weeks to get it again.

I would just call Edelbrock and see if they will send you the bolts directly. I don't think that they or you would want to send the whole TB back just for 4 bolts. Hell, if it comes down to it, goto your nearest hardware store. They should have what you need. May be owrth the hassle than all the wait. JM2C.! Good Luck!

hello,
My BBK throttle body came with everything, but I didn't find the performance all that impressive, unless you can bore out your intake manifold to match your throttle body. The TB is too big for the intake manifold. Also, the coating on the throttle plate makes the gas peddle very sticky.
A plastic bushing also comes with the kit to install in the TPS. At first I didn't know what it was for, because the factory TB didn't have one. That is until one night when I "floored" my gas peddle and it got stuck at WOT. After I installed the bushing, it never happened again.
One thing I tried to look for is a custom made throttle body spacer; a tapered spacer. Poweraid didn't email me back, however.
Anyway, I hope this information is useful.
