Hello all,
I'm trying to get this crank seal in and its not playing fair. I tried the old fashioned wood block and mallet trick but i cant get it to go in straight.

Is there a special tool or trick to getting this thing in?

I'm trying to avoid gouging the metal.

never mind. I had a beer and attempted again. Wood + mallet =success.
