Help with 4.6 engine wiring

Hello All,
I'm putting in a new used motor in my F150 and I cannot figure out what the sensor on the rear of the passengers side head in the valley connects to. I am installing a 2004 motor in my 2002 and from what I'm reading there were some changes between the model years. I was getting ready to set the intake in and noticed an empty sensor connection. I've got the CHT connected on the drivers side and I'm looking for where the knock sensor connects.I'm guessing this was not used in 2002 but I hate guessing especially when it involves me pulling the intake if I'm wrong.
Thanks in advance.

These heads can be used on either side. It's probably where the CHT would be if the head was on the drivers side. If that is the case, screw a plug in it. I'm sure others will chime in, and yes, you want to be absolutely sure before you put the intake back on.
