Running rough

I changed the spark plugs on my 2006 F150. It has a Roush supercharger which Roush recommends the Autolite HD plugs gapped at .032. The truck was running roughly with an occaisional motor light coming on before I changed them. I have not changed number 4 or 8 yet for obvious reasons but the truck is running worse now than before. Any wisdom?

Have you read out the codes yet? Did you use dielectric grease in the cop boots?

Thanks for responding. I had auto zone read the codes and it did not read any although the light had been on. Turns on and off randomly. I am checking all the plugs today and yes, I used grease. I'm open to any wisdom you have. Thanks again.
