1990 f150 front drive shaft
Hello there,
I got a 1990 f150 v8 long bed, crew cab, lariat custom. long story short, i need the front drive shaft. I looked in the all junk yard my city has but no luck finding one. the only thing now is to have one made. the problem is, i want to save money and not tow the truck to the shop and pay extra storage fee. instead, i want to know how long the front shaft needs to be so the shop can work off that. i have the rear shaft. i found a shaft with a 36 1/2 shell that fits the rear shaft but comes about 5 inches short to the the trans. what is the accurate inches the front shell must be?
