2010 V8 5.4 Need some quick help

Are there any known issues with this engine? Is this past the spark plug problem issues and cam phaser issues?

I am looking at an F150 Platinum with 82K. Thoughts?

I edited the title from 5.3 to 5.4. I assume you do not have a Chevy engine.

Yes, the 2010 does not have the sparkplug problem and as far as I know, no cam phaser issues. The biggest question would be the routine maintenance it has had.
