93 F150 302 Swap

I have a 1993 F150 with the M5OD transmission and I'm wanting to swap the engine out. I was thinking of going with a 351. How difficult would this be? Would there be a better motor to swap in?

The M5OD can't handle the torque of a 351, I'd stick with a stock or close to stock 302 unless you wanted to do a ZF5 or E4OD swap.
