Cam phasers, just a sound, or something else

I have a 2010 5.4 59000km, some time ago I noticed a ticking noise on acceleration. It stops at idle has always been serviced by ford and they claim it's a normal engine noise. I have not noticed any other issues.

Phasers would be clattering at idle. You may have an exhaust leak or a cam follower problem. It is not "normal".
