Ford- synchronizer shaft-$160, Sensor-$50

Ebay aftermarket part-$50 for all the above

Seller has excellent ratings and deals with all kinds of aftermarket parts. My question is, I have called every parts dealer on the phone and they advise you can only buy from ford. This fella has them aftermarket. Spoke with him on the email and he seems honest. Do you think this is a good part? It' suppose to be new and new to the aftermarket.
he said the only complaints he has received is that you have to do some sanding to get a fit because of varnish build up.......
