Last week an O2 sensor went down on me. The OBD reader said it was Sensor 2 in Bank 2, which is behind the cat-converter.
I changed the damn thing out this weekend but soon after my check engine light came on again.
I changed the O2 sensor on the passenger side of the truck behind the cat-converter.
Did I get my banks wrong? Is Bank 2 actually on the driver's side?
Either way I have to get back on the cold, wet ground and get this thing out. Gas is too expensive for this!

Isn't cylinder 8 on the driver's side too?
Last year I cylinder problems on #8 (I think) so I replaced the plug wire on that side and it cleared up the problems.
I don't remember what my thought processes were and how I derived the plug wire I changed was #8 but somehow I got it right!
(Actually now that I think about it I wasn't sure about cylinder 8 and replaced wires on both sides of the engine block)
Anyway, thanks for the info!
