Help!

Ok... So I spent most of the day changing my plugs in my 5.4. The most time consuming task was fishing for other sockets, bolts, etc. that managed to get out of my hands and down in to cracks. Ive got a pair of pliars right under the TB that im still trying to fish out. Problem is that I have no power now. I accidentally hit a bolt with my socket while i was working on getting one of the plugs out. Check out the picture below. I hit the negative (black) side with the socket and it sparked. Would this have blown a fuse somewhere and thats the reason why I have no Juice what so ever?

That's not negative, it is the main power feed. I bet you blew that big square fuse it is attached to. You should disconnect the negative battery lead anytime you are going to be swinging wrenches near any electrical stuff like that.

Been there done that - You have to disconnect the battery when you work on just about anything on these motors..

You blew the MEGA fuse -

There not that expensive - Murreys had em for about 6 bucks, any auto parts supplier should carry them.

If you absolutely need the truck to get the fuses , you can bypass the fuse temporarily by taking it out and using the bolts to bolt the ends together, but replace the fuse ASAP to prevent catching your truck on fire..
