Can 5.4L COP's BE USED ON 4.6L?
Can 2001 5.4L COP's be used on 2002 4.6L? My wife has a 2002 4.6L that has a #4 misfire. I have good left over 2001 5.4L COP's from when I changed to Denso's and Grannatelli COP's. The used one's have about 60,000 mile on them.
