Coil on plug install??

How easy is it to install Plugs on a 2000 F150? Those coil-on plugs are foreign to me but doesnt look too complicated. Can I tackle it? I just have a misfire in Cylinder 8, so I only gotta replace it.

My Bad, I shoulda searched first, and I did I found lots of good stuff. I think maybe it could just be moisture getting down in there and causing it to misfire. Has happened before and gone away.
