Most noticeable at lower speeds, difficult to describe -however not a miss as engine is running smoothly, it seems to "lurch" up and down sporatically as if you were throttling off an on quickly. I have noticed a several speeds when drive train is in sort of that neutral position of neither pulling or holding back. Any suggestions?

 

Do you have a CEL? Sounds like the throttle position sensor.
