idler pulley torgue

I have a '99 4.2 with A/C. I'm replacing the accessary belt tensioner and the lower idler pulley. (this one has ribs). Does anyone have the torgue values for the tensioner bolt and this lower idler pulley bolt?

Belt idler pulley bolt - 35-46 lb/ft
Acc belt tensioner - 40 lb/ft
