Slamming tranny

Hi, im new to the forum world and i have a slight issue with my 2010 Supercrew XLT 4.6 3v. Whenever im driving and i start to come to a stop, at any point between the release of gas to release of the brake after a full stop, there is a slam that shakes the entire cabin. Now, i can only assume that it may be the transmission and i dont want to have to pay for someone to look at it but if it helps in the long run, i will. Just curious if anyone can give me any info on it, I'd appreciate it.

It probably has to go to the dealer for a computer reflash. Nothing you can do about it yourself.
