The overdrive **** on my auto shift lever came off. Was shifting into drive and whole **** came off. Two of three wires broke too. My question is can I still drive with it like this? Is overdrive on without the wires? I don't pull anything with my truck either. Just want to make sure I'm not messing up my truck.

yes, just cannot take out of OD

 

Yes it's fine. Mine did the same, and I couldn't turn OD off, but I don't tow either. But it is fixed now.
