98 F-150 man. tranny Slave Cylinder - can you use heavier brake fluid?

I have a slight, VERY slight leak in my slave cylinder. Unfortunately, I have neither time or $$$ to get it fixed in near future. The truck still runs, but not reliably. Would a heavier grade of brake fluid help for the short term? Is there any type of 'sealer' fluid available? Again, just looking for short-term results

The only reliable cure that I know of for a leaking slave cylinder is to replace. You can try pumping the pedal to build up pressure. Don't sit at lights with your foot on the pedal. Shift into neutral and release the clutch. Keep an eye on the fluid level and keep it topped up.
