Has anyone had a shutter almost like hitting the rumble strips only for less then a second at highway speeds. 04 5.4L Lariat

 

It isn't uncommon. Changing the trans fluid often fixes it.

 

noticed it today for the 1st time on my 06 5.4. i only have 29,000 miles on it, but i do tow a tool trailer 2-3 times a week. i also have an Edge programmer that i only use for the towing program and have already contacted them to see if they have heard of this, but haven't heard back yet. is there a differential cover available for this truck to increase the fluid capacity? i'll try changing the fluid and let you know.
