I ordered a factory tech sepertor plate / shift kit the other day.

What's the magic recipe for better shifting but still maintain the wife friendly driveablility???

 

My preferred method is to install the kit as normal and use my old lower 1-2 spring in the 2-3. Gregg doesn't like reusing the old springs,but if there is nothing wrong with them it will give you the best shift feel.
