Changing tranny fluid

Alright well ive decided to change the fluid in my M5OD(5 speed) and im thinking either redline mtl or gm synchromesh. Ive heard really good things about the synchromesh but have also heard some good things about mtl. Anyone used both that could offer an opinion?
