4 low shifting hard?

is it normal for it to be such a bear to shift into 4 low? takes some muscle to do it and several tries but it eventually goes in. is there something I should grease.

Manual t-case, yup lube the linkage and cycle it a few times. The slower your vehicle is going the easier it is.
