Hey guys,

I'm curious as to if anyone knows if the hood of the new Raptor is compatible to a 06 F150 Screw? I'm looking to swap it out if they are inter-changable.

I actually saw a Raptor just the other day and I loved the hood, especially the "FORD" on the front.

very doubtful if not impossible my friend. they raptor is 7 inches wider than the regular 09-10 f150

 

The Raptor being seven inches wider is from the fenders flaring out and the track width......the hood, cab, bed and tailgate are the same specs as a normal '09-'10 F-150. However, I'm not seeing the hood and grill fitting an '06 either.

 

I'd be more worried about the $$ on the raptor parts than fitmet

 

It sounds like you may be able to do a complete front end swap but you would need to do hood, grill, fenders, head lights, and the brackets you can do anything with the right amount of money!

 

I don't think that Ford is going to sell you Raptor parts; they might want to keep them special for the Raptors only. You could try though, I think they'll fit.

 

They will sell you the parts you will need Hood, Front fenders, Grill, Skid plate and for the rear you need to drill out and install rear fenders and then you need a set of rims that push way out because the stocks sit in so far it's ridiculous!!
