You need to get with a Snap On dealer or like and buy you a headlight aiming tool like I did awhile back, they make a tool just for Ford so you can aim headlights in the truck without removing the headlights.

Might try local parts counter too, like Pep Boys, Oreilly's, ect...

yeah the tool is the bomb. I got mine on ebay, it was like $13 but works great. Problem is that the bolt fo rheadlight adjustment is 4mm and you'll never find a 4mm wrench long enough to fit in there. The tool they make fo rit is specifically caleld a "ford headlight adjustment tool" and works great!

Under the hood, on the backside of the headlights you will see two small adjustment screws for each headlight, one to adjust up/down and the other for left/right movement. As mentioned by the others, you should have the adjustment tool and by screwing the adjustment screws in or out, the headlight will move accordingly.

It is mainly the top outside screw but then you may have to fine tune it with the lower inside screw also.

the top outside one controls up/down, the lower, inside one controls in/out.
