susupension

I have a 2001 4x4 screw, what is beter for the overall life of my truck, a 4" or 6" lift. I want looks but i also want the truck to last

I don't think there will be any difference between the two lifts. I think the size of your tires and the way you use the truck will play the biggest part in durability. Big, heavy tires and beating the truck off-road will cause it to wear out quicker. Also a lot of people seem to think that you shouldn't go any bigger than a 35" tire with an IFS truck. But I'm sure a street driven only truck with 37" tires will outlast a truck with 33's that is constantly abused.
