'99 F150 Springs - Heavier Duty No Lift?

Does anyone know if the front springs from a '99 F250 (Light Duty) will fit on a 1999 F150 4x4 Lariat Supercab/Flareside. I would like to add a winch with bumper & grill guard on my F150 but want to put heavier springs at the same time to compensate for the additional weight hanging on the front end. Other suggestions that would not affect height. I can just barely fit in my garage now.

You should not need any springs, you have torsion bars in there now. These are adjustable. I have a winch with brushguard on mine, the front end never went down. If yours does just go to a local shop or the dealer and have them level the truck. You will need an alinment afterwards. Good luck
