Whine from front end when turning at highway speed.

Hey guys I have a quick question. I have a high pitch whine coming from the front end when I turn to the right at highway speed. I checked the power steering fluid and everything looks normal. It only happens when I make steering adjustments to the right. My truck is a 2005 Lariat 4 wheel drive with the 5.4 Triton. Thanks in advance.

Could be the power steering pump it's self or if you park your truck and rev it up you can see if the whine still happens if it does then it could be a idler pulley

Could be a wheel bearing or CV joint.
