I ordered a set of Bilstein 33-185569 5125 shocks for my truck based on feedback with others that have 6" lifts. I guess I have a litter more lift than others because my extended eye to eye mount measurement is about 30.5" compared to the extended length of the 33-185569 at 29.7".

Should I be trying to exchange these for something longer?

 

You'll be fine with those. Chances are the amount of flex your truck has will max out before you even get close to over extending those shocks.
