rusted leafspring shackle

I've got a 2001 supercrew. Ijust pushed my finger thru the center of the rear shackle, so its a safe bet they should be replaced before I start towing my boat this spring. Are these a pretty easy fix, and are they available at a local parts store? Also what kind of price should I expect? Thanks

If you got big enough wrenches and sockets and some WD40 its real easy, local parts stores should carry them or ebay is just a click away, as far as price goes its gonna be worth the fix
