Torsion Bars on 97 f150

Sorry guys, i know you have all seen this one before but i cant find a thread with good pics on how to tighten your torsion bars and where they are. If you have some good pics and some great advice it would be greatly apreciated....i have a 1997 F150 4x4 supercab..

The torsion bar is the long bar running from your lower a-arm back toward the cab. There is one on each side. At the end of the bar, is an adjustment bolt and cam. Just tighten each bolt an equal number of turns. It's not unusal for each bolt to have a different amount of preload. I have one pic in my gallary. ok thanks i saw the pic...now wich bolt on there is the one that needs to be tightend?

there is only one on either sideof the crossmember, they must be turned an equal amount of times.
