Because I haven't. These trucks are pretty rare birds, and I used to live in SoCal, where you see absolutely everything on the roads. But I can count on one hand the times I've seen one of these in the last decade. There's more info on the HP, but this pic shows the owner isn't afraid to drive a lowered truck in the snow...
