Ive got it

I have figured out how to remove the rear panels to get to my rear speakers.

1st. Remove the trim on the bottom og the door by pulling the plastic straight up(some force needed)
2nd. Pull off the rubber door seal at the back of the door so you can get your fingers under the plastic panels.
3rd. Pop the cover thats on the seatbelt mount
4th. Unbolt the seatbelt mount.(i used a cressent wrench)
5th. Pop all the "puh in" clips with a screw driver. ( push a screw driver in the cent until it pops in ONE time because if you push in too far, you will have to push it all the way through and may loose it)
6th. Remove the TOP portion of rear panel by pulling towards the otherside of the truck.(pull inwards towards the other panel in the truck on the opposite side of the truck)
7th. push in another "push in"clip that was hidden by the upper panel.
8th. Pull the bottm panel in the same direction of the upper panel.
9th. Replace your speaker with your new ones and just reverse teh steps i gave to reinstall panels.

Took me 2 hours to replace all 4 of my spreakers in my truck
