I have a '14 XLT, lease is up in a few months. Since the truck has multiple drivers, when I replace I want have the driver's seat memory function. What is the lowest trim level to have memory seat as an option or included?

 

I believe XLT is optional

 

At least for the 2016 MY, the Lariat 500a package is the lowest package where you can get driver memory seat. Not available on anything lower.

Morris is correct. I went through the build list, and you can't even get leather on XLT anymore. So Lariat gets you Leather and Memory both
