88 f250 dead

friends truck 3k miles away from me. 88 f250 w/ 460
had an injector replaced.. on the drive home hits a bump and the truck shuts down... cranking does nothing.. testing for fuep pressure at the pressure test port gives nothing. I think it's a wire or plug loose somewhere...it's a dual tank truck, swapping tanks didn't get anywhere either. Its sittin on the side of the road waiting for a pull home up in Montana.

If I remember there were 3 pumps on this truck.. one for each tank and the the pusher pump..
trying to tell him to check for power at the pumps or the relay... any ideas or input is always welcome.

Hits A bump and truck shuts down. That says it all that safety inertia switch tripped. I'll try to find the safety switch location in my Haynes manual. If this is the problem, and I think it is, all he has to do is reset the switch by pushing a button.

The inertia switch should be located on the driver's side of the firewall, to the left of the brake pedal. I imagine some mechanic figured out the problem by now and has it going.
