High Idle low power

I recently cleaned my throttle body which promptly raised my idle. According to the tach I am idling at 1100-1200 rpms. Before I was at about 850-900. I also lost get up and go. Not what I expected from this maintenance.

I have checked the IAC, cleaned the contacts and such. When I push the plunger in the motor accelerates. When I disconnect nothing happens, the motor keeps on rolling. I have made a stethoscope to look for vacuum leaks and came up sealed. I am at at loss.

The only way I can think of lowering the idle is adjusting the timing but I will lose even more power. HELP!!!! I know enough to be dangerous.
