Vibration/noise

I know this is a f150 forum but I figured you guys could still answer my question. I have an 03 F250 and recently when I accelerate from a stop there is a slight sqeaking noise and a little vibration sometimes at higher rpms. This started about 500 miles ago and I greased up the rear u-joint and it went away. Am I wrong to think I need to replace the u-joint or should I be looking elsewhere? Thanks

It wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the u-joints - and this time, grease them every oil change.

Thanks for the info. I do grease them every oil change but I just bought the truck about two months ago
