power steering problem

i have an 08 king ranch and just recently the power steering goes in and out randomly, i checked the fluid and belts and nothing. i dont know what it could be. seems too new to be mechanical. i would take it to the dealer but that is about 6 hours away

i narrowed it down to that its a prob only at low rpms, as soon as i hit the throttle it works fine, any ideas?

sounds like a faulty pump...it happens.

thats what i figured, any idea if a dealer other than the one i got the truck from will fix it under warranty?
