Reliable gear shop, Long Island, NY

Hi everyone. Can anyone recommend a decent gear shop in Suffolk County? I was looking to install 4.56's in my 2004 FX4. I heard good things about T-Jays Transmissions in Riverhead but when I checked there they said I had to provide all the parts and they would not warranty the installation. With me buying all the parts on-line and their labor, the price would be well over $2,000 for the front and rear diff's. A couple of people recommended T-Jays but I'm suspicious about them not offering a warranty. I haven't heard anything good about any other shops in my area.
