Well, in less than a month i went from stock to stupendous!
Replaced stock HU with a Pioneer deh3300 50Wx4 HU, replaced the front speakers with Rockford Fosgate 5 1/4" fanatic component set ( tweeters in the plastic cap opposite the side rearview mirrors), replaced the rear speakers with 2-way pioneer 6x8's, and have two 8" MTX subs with a Fosgate 200W amp running them..........and WOW!

The best part of it all is that i bought the amp on sale for $95 and everything else were Christmas gifts from family and friends!
Since I spend about 20 hours a week driving, this is really a great thing!
