Try ebay, and use Ford CD in the search textbox. I picked one up last week for $130.

I have a 2001 cd/cas/am/fm unit that I bought for my 99 supercab, but it doesn't fit into the dash, the dash isn't deep enough for it. If you are interested, just let me know. I want $200.00 plus shipping. The unit is factory OEM and in mint condition.
