What is the firing order on the 5.4 liter?

Could someone tell me what the firing sequence is on the 5.4? Also please point out the placement of the cylinders from a front
view. I changed the plugs in my truck yesterday and have concerns of oil burning about three of them...

Plug - on passenger side, next to firewall.

Plug - next to firewall, on driver side.

Plug - second from firewall, on driver side.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure what the firing order is and MidsouthBolt has my manual.
The order of the cylinders is as follows:
From the passenger front side(near the headlight on passenger side) #1. Then going back to the firewall (passenger side)#2,#3,#4. Driver side front(nearest the driver side headight) #5. Then going back to the firewall (driver side) #6,#7,#8.

Smile Alright Now!... easterisland

Thank you for the information. These plugs had a heavy grayish build-up on them, not sure what this plaque is. The other 5 plugs looked preety good w/a red tint about the insulators.

Man, these plugs # 4, 7 and 8 are the hardest to get to, I tell ya! The NGX TR5 plugs I installed sure woke this ole engine up!
