help no air now
Ok so I finished replacing the heater core, blend door and blend door actuator this last Sat. in my 2001 F150 extra cab. However now when I turn on the heat or air no air comes out. When I turn the climate control **** I can hear the blend door moving but I get no air when I turn up the hot and cold **** or the speed control ****. Any ideas what would cause this to happen? I had air flow before just no heat. I checked all the fuses in the drivers side fuse box and all were working. I'm thinking I must of missed connecting a wire that controls the air controls. I thought it may have been bad control board so I replaced that and still nothing Any ideas what I need to check?
Thanks,
Heath
Thanks,
Heath

I clicked on the document and couldn't pull it up? Can you email it to jasonkingsolver@gmail.com

Emailing it won't help - you need software that can open a Microsoft Word document. It downloads and opens fine for me when I click the link.
Free Microsoft Word Viewer:

(Note - you need a computer with Windows on it, not just a phone)
I would also HIGHLY recommend you edit your post and remove your email address - posting it in an open forum is inviting a ton of spam.

I rehosted this on Google Docs so it's viewable without Microsoft Word and not dependent upon anyone's hosting disappearing. Unless you're worried about Google disappearing, that is.

Hello all, thanks to everyone that helped me out with a previous post on "How to replace your heater core" This might come in handy this winter . This post has not only "black and white" pictures, but actual digital pictures as well. This was a great help, made things very simple! Enjoy
