WOW! Your's is the first 2011 SD I've liked, no questions asked. That lift and tires sets it off really nicely, just equals everything out.

There's no lift on that truck, at least that I can tell. The 4x4 sticker is better. You guys have been around wide tires too long. But, I do think they look great.

 

He told you that he have 3'' of lift in the front and 1'' in the back.

And he's on stock 20''.


Oh and, his truck look way better then yours.

Sorry, but the bulky, inflated look of the 2011 need's the small lift and tires to even out the look, big time. The 2011's look like someone wrapped their lips around the tailpipe of a 2008 and blew as hard as they could.

 

It's not jealousy, but I still Like the looks of the 08-10 Super Duty better. The 11 just looks bloated in the front end. I liked the flat bumper on the 08-10 better than the cut-out bumper on the new ones.

 

Forgive me, I missed his last response when sifting down the page. Sir, perhaps you can proof read your response B4 it gets posted so as not to appear as less than literate. Anyway, my initial response was humor, as we both have 2011s in the same color/style. Don't be a hater, as they would say in prison ( personal experience). I have no idea what you drive, nor do I care. Quite frankly, you sound juvenile. Personally, I don't care for wider tires anymore either. I think they look cooler, just don't desire them on this truck. That's part of what sold me. Stock 275s look just fine vs stock 245s. And 18" to boot. Mind you, his look cooler. Now, go play outside with the rest of the children.
PS: I don't see the inflated look you are talking about. The hood change? Anyway, I am very content with my purchase. Further, I could care less if you say the 2011 is ugly. Your opinion. I am simply trying to contribute to the board. Mind you, I had a 2008 Reg cab F250 with 305s and fender flares and tinted windows. I just prefer getting what you desire stock, considering the $ of these babies now. I like the look of the 2011. More importantly, I love the accelleration. Just my opinion.

I too like the looks of the 08-10 and mine, is an unbiased opinion. You like yours because you own it. No problem, enjoy it, it's a nice truck. I almost bought one, an 09, but decided to hold off for the newer style. Especially after always listening to my buddy complain of his 08. Bad on fuel, lack of power, etc. He actually liked my 05 better. And yes, we've driven each other's trucks and my 05 pulled harder. Irregardless, I like all ford trucks. I've always owned a ford truck, including a 79 Bronco. Look at my albums. Cheer up guys.
