V10 Questions

Hey guys am trying to find out if there are any CA V10 owners out there.Am looking at a 2008 250 with the V10 3V but need to figure out if it is able to be bought into CA.Currently it is in Vegas and not sure about the smog issue.Where would the sticker be located? The owner said that this is what he found

KEVII

OBD CA II

Does anyone now if this is what it needs or if you can tell from the vin number. Thanks

Sorry, I couldn't get your window sticker. Ford gets rid of them after about 18 months.

Anyhow, I checked and you are all set... in fact, here's a picture of a non-compliant F250 with the 6.8l V10... It specifically states "Not for sale in states with California emissions".

If you notice on the F150 one, it says the CA II, meaning it is compliant.

Here's an example:

Specially states "Not for sale in California"

Here's one that states it (I know not a 6.8l v10, but it will suffice!):

Here's a '10 window sticker with the 50 state emissions...
