f250 steering jumping

My 2000 f250 4x4 has a new steering issue. When im driving sometimes i will turn a corner and then correct the truck to straight and it will jump to the left/right, then i when i counter steer it will jump to the right/left and just wont find straight. Then it will go back to normal. All the links seem to be fine, the ball joints were changed in august. When i have someone steer the truck back and forth i can see the axles kind of jump when it turns about a quarter turn to the left on the driver side and it does this on the right side when turned to the right, but not as obvious. At this point it is very hard to turn the wheel. My hubs are in rough shape and dont always stay unlocked, Could this be the problem or is it somthing else. Its hard to stay in a lane when the truck is doing this. Any input is appreciated thanks guys Jason,,, Im going to see if i can get new hubs from a store around hear to eliminate that since i need them anyway.
