Is this the correct plug #?

Dealer wants 4.86 per DP plug jobber price, for my 5.4 "L" eng. Local shop that sells AC Delco & Motorcraft parts says the correct plug is only $2.60 per, which is about the same as Autozone for regular mc plugs, not D.P.
The shops MC part # is AGSF22WMF4. I have bought many AC parts from this guy & he always gives me the best price as we used to work together.
But, as he said, he did not know Ford stuff or if this was the DP plug #, but that was all that was listed for an '01 5.4 L engine. So, is this the right plug?
At 116,500 miles, do I need to change the boots also, or do I have to spend that money? Truck runs fine now, just avgs 13.5-14. MPG. Oh, the plugs in it are originals & the one I checked was @ .0070 (?)UGLY. I have the Air force one & 18" SIDO Magnaflow & I have been driving like an old man just to get 14 mpg. He also priced the front O2 sensor @ 49.98. for MC.
There is a very good local repair shop that highly recommends the Motorvac process for Ford products. The Impala SS sites that I used to frequent had a huge thread with hundreds of extremly happy SS & Caprice owners that had used the Motorvac process to pass emissions or just run better. I have found a few results here, but mixed results. Thanks for your input to the Ford rookie.

You can look the most current Motorcraft part recommendations at www.motorcraft.com

DP plugs are no longer the official Motorcraft replacement parts. Now it's a "fine-wire" plug.

I called another dealer & he gave me that part #. So I guess that means that is the same as the original plug. I just want to make sure I use the correct new ones.
Thanks
