where is the 02 sensor located at in front of the catalytic converter?

anybody? i realy need to know so i can clean it or get another one b/c the check engine light is on. The person at auto zone told me that it was the one in front of the catalytic converter and i need to know if it is the one in the intake or the one in the header.

 

A quick answer would be on the header pipe.
It would be nice to know what year of truck, what engine, do you have codes and so on.
