Hi I have a 01 F150 SCrew. Periodically my door remotes decide not to work. It's not the batteries or the actuator and works the same regardless of which key fob I use. Funny thing is, when I manually unlock the door, open the door and try the remote, it works when the door is open. But.... if you close the door and try it it won't. This happens every once in a while, then will go back to working.
Could it be a loose ground? I don't think it is loose wires on the actuator.
I've searched the forums and from what I can find, everyone has had an all or nothing, not a sometimes!
Any suggestions?
